| Program description | Grow your teaching expertise to encompass the principles of andragogy the teaching of adults by earning your Master of Education, Adult Education online from Eastern Washington University. The curriculum for this flexible online M.Ed. program is grounded in evidence-based research, addressing useful strategies and techniques, as well as encouraging self-reflection among the tools to teach adults effectively. Prepare for a broad range of roles working with adults in post-secondary educational settings, including community college vocational or GED programs, adult basic skills programs, in-service coordination in corporate and nonprofit settings, military training, and more. Taught by supportive faculty with experience in the field, this unique program includes an internship of 120 hours with a mentor in a project related to your professional interests.
