Program description | Short-term certificate offered through the Welding Technology program. Covers basic inert gas welding theory of operation and safety requirements. Introduction to Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) processes and electrode selection based on the AWS electrode classification system. |
