Program description | This certificate is designed to prepare students for a career in the parts and service industry as support personnel to technical professionals. The goal of the program is to provide students with professional skills in the areas of parts customer service, marketing and selling techniques, organization, product knowledge and other tasks related to being a parts and service specialist. |
