Programs consists of 78 hours of lecture and lab and 50 hours internship with practicing dentist and hygienist. The program utilizins a hands-on educational approach where students learn through participation. The course includes lectures on the fundamentals of all phasis of dentistry and the basic skills, knowledge, and technical proficiency necessary to assist the dentist in the various operative procedures performed in a dental office. Completion of this program will allow the individual to become immediately qualified for an entry level position in a dental office.
