Program description | The BASAM builds on technical skills that entering students bring from their associate degrees (90 credits), adding theoretical knowledge, general education, and business management skills. The degree includes elective courses designed for students pursuing careers such as Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Entrepreneurship. Entrance requirements | Any AA-DTA or AAS degree with at least a 2.5 GPA, and a minimum of a 2.0 in the following courses or equivalent: Engl&101: English Composition; CMST&101: Introduction to Communication Studies; 5 credits of general education, ECON 202 preferred. In some cases, work experience may earn you credits by completing a Prior Learning Assessment. Contact the BAS department for more information. Minimum college-level GPA of 2.5. Minimum grade of 2.0 in all required core technical courses/ Some General Education prerequisites may be required if not completed in your AAS or AS. Admission into Spokane Falls Community College.
