| Program description | The Real Estate Negotiation Certificate will hone your ability to arbitrate, mediate and find companies that work for everyone. You will study theories, concepts and skills necessary to identify and resolve interpersonal and group conflicts while boosting your problem-solving skills. This certificate is comprised of 16 credit hours and provides an opportunity for focused study in key business areas which employers value. Students must complete at least ten semester hours of the certificate with Columbia College. All classes must be complete with a grade of C or higher, and the certificate is not intended for Real Estate licensure in any state. |
