| Program description | PMP Certification Course - includes Exam Prep, 100% Live Online is $1,299. Four day course that prepares the participant to sit for the PMP Certification Exam. It is a total of 35 hours. The trainee does not need a project management title but should have 4,500 hours (3 years) of experience with four year degree or 7,500 hours(5 years) with high school diploma or equivalent. Many projects are managed in business such as strategic planning, agile, agile hybrid, business analysis, process analysis, research, special reports, manuals, retirement plans, planning and implementation of training, events planning, etc. This class qualifies the trainee for the 35 hours of formal project management training for the PMP Exam approval provided they also have the above-mentioned experience. There are 200 questions in the Exam and it lasts 4 hours. CAPM Certification Course - Includes Exam Prep - $1,395 and includes materials. Training is 26.25 hour (3 days). No experience is required in order to sit for the CAPM exam, however, some project experience is helpful. Just 23 hours of training is required for CAPM Exam approval. So they can submit their training for approval as soon as these hours are completed. Trainee must have a minimum of at least a high school diploma or equivalent. There are 150 questions in the CAPM Exam and it last 3 hours. The CAPM candidate sits with the PMP class for the first 3 days or 26.25 hours. CAPM candidates do well interacting with PMP candidates. The CAPM candidate receives the PMP materials; however, only does the first 3 days of training. Anticipated titles are Project Manager Associate or Assistant Project Manager or Junior Project Manager, or Project Team Member. Successful candidates may re-sit the Exam every 5 years to keep the credential. No PDU training is required or they can sit for the PMP Exam when they have accumulated enough experience hours to do so.
